Author & Speaker

I am the author of five novels and hundreds of short stories, including very short flash fiction. I’ve also written editorials, feature articles, and news stories for magazines, newspapers, and online media outlets.

In 2003, I wrote a self-help book, called Sales Talk which was published in three languages. In 2017, I co-wrote Baseline to Baseline, a tennis instruction book focused on-court strategy, with a tennis pro; combining my writing skills with the tennis pro’s comprehensive knowledge of the sport. Born in Newark, New Jersey, I moved to Middle Tennessee in 1994. Currently, I reside in Nolensville, in Williamson County. Following a successful career in executive management, I now spend my time writing stories for you!

I’ve spoken to a variety of organizations, including chambers of commerce, sales associations, Rotary, and Lions Club on communication skills. I also performed at Nashville’s comedy club, Zanies, an experience I enjoyed enormously! My wife, Nancy, and I have two children and nine grandchildren. An avid tennis player, I’m also an adept mixologist.
